Simple Ordering Procedure

  • Please write your company’s information and item’s detail you would like on our company’s order form and send it to our company by email or fax. Our staff who is in charge the dealing will email you about the details of dealing.
  • We email you the pictures of the item and the list for the item’s detail from our inventory. We purchase many items from auctions all over Japan every week, so we can email you our inventory list every week if you wish. You can choose as many things as you want every week.
  • We suggest you the delivery method before shipping. We will email you an invoice for the order.
    We will deliver the item as soon as possible after confirming your payment.
  • We will send you the shipping label and tracking number and the receipt for the shipping fee.
  • Our staff provide aftercare even after you have received the items.
    So don’t hesitate to ask us anything after purchasing. Please rest assured about purchasing from us.
